Technical information

The cam is a Stardot Netcam XL 3MP with a maximal resolution of 2048x1536 px. To increase the image quality and keep an acceptable image size, it is used at 1024x768 px. The optics is the LEN-M848 motorized zoom lens. The cam uploads a new image every 5 minutes to my web site without requiring another computer for this purpose (the cam itself is indeed small computer running under Linux).
